What does an Area Sales Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, some weekends required
Responsibilities

• Achieve volume targets for channel of business
• Achieve performance profit targets
• Train and develop account management team
• Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required and vehicle required
• 4 years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required and
• 2 years previous experience in leadership role required and
• 2 years merchandizing or product delivery experience required or
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Strong presentation skills
• Customer service experience
