What does a Human Resources Field Support Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Human Resources (HR) Field Support Specialist role requires you to be a “people advocate,” meaning you actively champion the well-being and interests of employees while also providing guidance to managers and supervisors on how to best represent the interests of the business. You will also be tasked with regularly delivering both tactical and strategic HR solutions to the front lines of the organization. Job Details: This is an entry level multi-site role that will support Fruitland, Boise, La Grande, Pendleton, and Walla Walla.
