SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: 

Our registered nurses support our various residential locations within the Twin Cities.

• Create your own schedule! The schedule you create will become your set schedule upon hire. 
• $32 - $40 per hour depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement for travel. (Each RN visits 1-2 sites per day.) 
• Stipend pay for answering the nursing line as assigned
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, $2,500 for part-time

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Licensed as a registered nurse in Minnesota
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel to program locations 

 
MORE ON THE ROLE: 

You'll be on a team of registered nurses based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul. You will work together to oversee the mental and physical health of clients residing in our Customized Living programs. 

Most of the health care provided, such as medication administration and personal care, is delegated to unlicensed team members. The main role of the RN is to train team members on providing cares based on a client's care plan, answer questions and provide instruction to address mental and physical health concerns. Our RN team also performs intake and health assessments for new and existing clients on an ongoing basis. 
Other duties of the role include: 

• Completing nursing assessments with clients 
• Overseeing client medical changes
