Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform various nursing procedures, including but not limited to dermal fillers, spinal tap care, triage, phlebotomize, and ostomy care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's condition and notify appropriate medical personnel of any changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location]
- Proven experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in performing various nursing procedures, including dermal fillers, spinal tap care, phlebotomize, and ostomy care
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
