Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have at least 2 years of experience in assisted living settings. Your experience will include a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by residents in assisted living facilities. You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
