Find your purpose as a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience/Spine Unit. Our 45-bed unit consists of 8 Neuro Progressive Care Unit beds and 37 general neuroscience patient rooms. We treat patients who have had Neurosurgical, Neuro-interventional, and Neuro-medical diseases and disorders. In addition, we serve stroke, seizure, multiple trauma, and traumatic brain injury patients. As a step-down ICU and Neuro unit, no two days are alike. You may care for patients that are walking and talking or you may care for patients who require complete care. Awarded certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center based on our strong commitment to provide evidence-based, quality stroke care. Our staff practice within the team nursing model and consider teamwork our greatest strength in providing safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.

To be eligible for the Sign-on Bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
To be eligible for Relocation Assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Paid out less taxes.
