**$1,500 hiring bonus for overnight shifts!**

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: 

• Part-time and full-time, the choice is yours! 

• Shifts Available (all require weekend availability):

  • Day shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm 
  • Evening shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
  • Awake Overnight shift, 11:00pm - 7:30am

    • Hiring bonus for overnight schedules: $1500 for FT, $750 for PT: half paid at 90 days, second half paid at six months. 

• Starting at $17-19, dependent on experience/education 

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must pass DHS background check

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent 

• Understanding of basic computer and email functionality 

 
MORE ON THE ROLE: 

You'll be working within one of our Customized Living Programs supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as: 

• Medication administration 

• Assistance with problem solving/additional support 

• Documentation of happenings throughout your shift 

• Completing light cleaning tasks within office area 

You will work as a team with other Mental Health DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Client Services Coordinators, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients. Our clients do not need assistance with personal cares.
