The ARMHS Mental Health practitioner will instruct, assist, and support clients in basic living and social skills. These activities are to help restore a client's skills for managing their mental health illness and everyday independent living. The service areas would include: interpersonal communication skills, community resource utilization, crisis assistance, relapse prevention skills, health directives, budgeting and shopping skills, healthy lifestyle skills, mental health symptom management skills, employment related skills, and transition to community living services.
