SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
Full time, Monday-Friday days
$70,000 salary (negotiable based on experience)
Benefits: Health, Dental, PTO, 401K and more (eligible at 90 days of employment)
Mileage reimbursement(if applicable)
SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to be on-call one week out of every four weeks to respond accordingly to any emergency maintenance concerns, which could include going to a property to complete immediate requests
5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or similar field
MORE ON THE ROLE:
Our property team provides safe and supportive housing to individuals in need of mental health and disability services. As Property Manager you will oversee a small team of maintenance technicians and manage the team’s projects, work orders and schedules. You might also need to jump into the field to help train or assist with workload, which involves traveling to our properties to complete work-orders, routine maintenance, and apartment turns. You will lead weekly team meetings and attend one-on-one meetings with your manager – the goal of these meetings is to support, develop, and problem solve.
This role is a great opportunity to further develop your leadership skills while also applying your experience in the field. You’ll join a growing team of energetic and driven individuals committed to improving the quality of life in our community.
