We seek a skilled IT Services Manager to spearhead our core IT operations and services, playing a meaningful role in facilitating seamless and secure IT processes that underpin our innovative work. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, managing a suite of crucial IT services and support functions that empower our employees and improve our business operations. You will be instrumental in optimizing our IT service delivery, ensuring a robust IT security posture, and providing expert management of SaaS platforms and IT helpdesk services. By joining us, you will chip in to an environment where advanced technology meets operational excellence, driving the success of our transformational enterprise.
This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.
