Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using design software such as 2020, AutoCAD, or SketchUp
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances that meet client specifications and design requirements
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and remodeling process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in kitchen and bath design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client preferences and project requirements
