Imagine leveraging your exceptional sales skills in a brand new industry with Whale Done! This is not a role where you're left wondering what to do each day. Instead, you'll have clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals, along with KPIs to measure your success. Monthly scorecards will provide insights into your achievements and areas for improvement.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to personal growth are vital in this role. It requires leadership skills, an outgoing personality, drive, competitiveness, and a refusal to accept no for an answer.

In the first 30 days, you'll undergo comprehensive training and role-playing sessions, preparing you for fieldwork. From days 15 to 60, you'll apply your training in real-world scenarios, honing your skills. By days 60 to 90, you'll be refining the process and mastering each step, with full support from us.

While a license is necessary for the role, it's not required initially. We give you six months to learn and grow comfortable before pursuing it, with the company covering the licensing costs. This isn't a labor job; you'll focus on diagnosing common issues, not manual labor.

Our positions is virtual, offering flexibility and eliminating the need for daily office commutes. Our work hours span from 7 AM to 7 PM (extending to 8 PM in the summer), granting flexibility within this timeframe to build your schedule. Weekends are typically off, with Saturdays being optional.
