    • Industrial field experience should come from the power, chemical, petrochemical, heavy manufacturing, water/wastewater, or fuel tank management industries.
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience with industrial coatings and sandblasting is strongly preferred. Experience in scaffolding, insulation, abatement, pipefitting, or welding is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or other related field, preferred

  • Demonstrated success in working with teams to handle pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, project controls, and asset utilization.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a desire to exceed our client’s expectations regarding the quality of our work and our on-time and on-budget performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership skills, a comfort level with change, and the ability to lead and manage change both internally and externally.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements (federal, state, and local) and apply them to the workplace. Strong working knowledge of government regulations (i.e., OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.) is a plus.
