What you’ll be doing:
- Input payables not related to part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse
- Match invoices to shippers for part deliveries at Troy, MI warehouse
- Apply manual payments to all payables paid by company credit card
- File all bills, contracts etc as needed
- Support the cutting of checks from Troy, MI office for select vendors
- Process product returns checked in by the warehouse
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies
- Reconcile credit card statements (which ones to be determined)
- Get with employees for documentation related to business purchases
- Manage or assist with department or company level projects
What you need to succeed:
- High School Degree (or GED or High School Equivalence)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to offer suggestions to improve current processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
