Qualifications and skills

• 0-2 years of experience
• A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
• The ability to handle a large and active caseload from filing through verdict
• Must be a self-starter and goal oriented with a focus on long term career goals
• Pride in your client-focused practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to effectively

manage relationships with a variety of people, including – investigators, expert

witnesses, opposing counsel, clients, etc.

• Ability for assembling and organizing information gathered during discovery

for presentation at trial

• A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases
• Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office,

PowerPoint, and Excel

• Draft/ review substantive pleadings and motions
• Respond to motions and discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
