DeLuca Law Group, PLLC is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Qualified attorney must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, preferably have 2 years of foreclosure litigation experience including motion practice and contested trials, and must be able to work independently while managing a large caseload. Preferably have experience handling depositions, hearings, and mediations. Admission into all 3 District Courts in Florida is preferable. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. General Civil litigation experience is a plus preferably in the area of PIP.
Outstanding writing ability is essential. Candidates must have excellent research and case management skills.
