Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting with various legal matters, including research, drafting legal documents, negotiation, and litigation support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic and prestigious law firm.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research using various resources such as WestLaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements

- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance

- Prepare and maintain case files and documentation

- Assist with client intake and communication

- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed

- Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Experience:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar

- Prior experience in a legal setting or internship preferred

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in legal drafting and document review

- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices
