We are a local restoration and reconstruction contractor seeking a Director of Client and Employee Experience. This is a unique opportunity in a sales/marketing role built not only to maintain and build on existing client relationships, but also to be a champion for the employee team internally and our culture and core values. Experience in the restoration and/or construction industry is required.

External Marketing:

• Strategic Development – develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop routine for follow up on job opportunities to help move them forward utilizing your sales and marketing experience
• Social media content creation and schedule for regular activities
• Website management and updates as needed
• Trade Shows and other events - Use your creativity to plan and prep for event. Attend and make a plan for follow up afterwards.
• Client retention and engagement – Engage with clients to answer inquiries and collect feedback. Have awareness of larger jobs, high profile, and complex jobs from a client service standpoint to update them and build relationships.
• Client training – through the relationships you will build, recognize areas for additional training or development for the team or clients.
• Client appreciation - Make sure thank you cards and gifts are being sent to completed jobs as appropriate. Holiday greetings and appreciation gifts are going to clients as needed.
• Use reports from the job management system to look for warm opportunities to get work that may have fallen off.
• Collaboration with others on the team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials, order more and new items as needed

Internal Marketing:

• Internal culture is very important to us. Be a part of maintaining the positive internal culture and sense of teamwork that already exists. You're a cheerleader for the team!
• Create and plan team and subcontractor events throughout the year and for Holidays.
• Create internal employee appreciation programs (monthly spotlight or other types of programs to celebrate team members)
• Live our core values and encourage the team to do the same.
• Help recognize and organize training events for the team as needed.
