POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager (Mechanical Construction & Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Enchance the company's business development efforts by providing original content and graphic design
- Responsible for the companies' growing social media presence (LinkedIn, Company Website, Job Ads, etc.)
- Supports the general office needs with design and production of collateral items such as report covers, banners, ads and other design and printing needs
- Assists the Proposal Lead with the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents, including design, photography, and layout
- Assist in taking photos at company events, on jobsites, and as needed to assist in growing company presence online
- Coordinates and promotes Company events, conferences, trade shows, and community initiatives. This includes planning logistics and creating promotional materials
- Other duties as assigned
- Four year degree in Communications/Marketing/Graphic Design or at least 4 years of industry experience preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role at a General Construction company or Sub-Contractor highly preferred
- Ability to be in office full time (not a remote or hybrid opportunity)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Create and self-motivated with attention to detail
