Overview

The Manager, Loyalty Marketing at Sprouts will be responsible for leading the implementation of the company's customer loyalty and personalization marketing roadmap. This pivotal role involves actively driving tactics to enhance the loyalty program, ultimately boosting customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will contribute to the creation of annual marketing plans, focusing on the acquisition and seamless onboarding of new enrollments for Sprouts' renowned Loyalty Program. Additionally, the role entails crafting initiatives that attract high-quality leads, fostering customer retention, and increasing the Lifetime Value (LTV). Remaining abreast of industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to loyalty programs is crucial for success in this position. The overarching goal is to elevate customer lifetime value by encouraging additional trips and spending across all Sprouts channels.

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Deploy loyalty marketing strategies and tactics to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop marketing strategies to target and personalize communications at relevant moments to motivate program trial and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty efforts with overall marketing and communication strategy both in store and digitally.
  • Supports execution of all marketing deliverables including, brief development, marketing strategy & plan (in collaboration with brand team), digital capabilities, in store experience collaboration with Operations on field readiness
  • Manage the calendar for loyalty program activities including managing loyalty program communications and promotions across multiple channels
  • Manage the testing and optimization of loyalty campaigns to improve results.
  • Partner with internal teams on the creation and management of loyalty content, including email templates, landing pages, and push notifications.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to develop the program’s voice and visual identity including integration with Sprouts brand.
  • Collaborate with CRM team to build strategies to grow and strengthen the
  • program, including seamless integration into communications across the
  • customer journey
  • Work with CRM and IT to build out the customer lifecycle and communication journey to drive enrollments and engagement with the program.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to loyalty programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, experience in loyalty program marketing a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experience in campaign management from strategy to execution and measuring results.
  • Experience with Braze platform preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in developing and mentoring team members.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty program campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
