In this role, the Marketing Manager will support and build the GuidePoint Security Brand in the region. This team member will be responsible for overseeing all vendor management and communications, marketing activities, and event logistics to support corporate and regional objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be positive, highly collaborative, detail oriented, and metrics focused to show the ROI/success/failures of events/campaigns. The candidate must be willing to learn while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced, organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and own a marketing strategy for the region to help drive measurable results to increase revenue.
• Responsible for overseeing targeted regional programs including field events, tradeshows, demand generation, digital marketing, social media, etc. 
• Work with regional leadership to plan and execute yearly event program schedule.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with vendors as it relates to marketing programs.
• Ensure all deadlines are met for event related activities, purchases, promotions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the internal Sales & Engineering teams to understand targeted vendors for marketing campaigns.
• Support execution of internal corporate marketing initiatives including building content and collateral, as needed.
• Track and report on all marketing related metrics.
• Provide onsite support when needed.
• Other related duties as needed.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years marketing and promotion experience, including event / tradeshow experience.
• Marketo or related marketing platform experience.
• Utilizing Salesforce reporting to show ROI on events a plus.
• Experience in GSuite or Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working in digital and event marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, self-starter with a track record for supporting projects and campaigns.
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills to interact with leadership, colleagues, regional teams, and vendor partners.
• Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work well with a team with an unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must.
