Key Priorities Include:

• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Meeting or exceeding annual sales and profitability goals.
• Fostering the Summit company culture, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the project team monitoring the safety, cost and scheduling of construction projects.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships to enhance the company’s ability to procure projects.
• Identifying new talent and mentoring direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 15 years of work experience with commercial general contractor.
• 5 years successfully supporting similar primary responsibilities meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Project, preferred.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
