General Position Summary:
Essential Functions:
- Manage capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Design and/or assist in the design of new equipment or upgrading existing equipment.
- Manage day to day design engineering efforts
- Develop new and improved process methods for production processes and quality improvements
- Assist with full compliance of ISO certifications
- Participate in company initiatives to achieve quarterly/ annual goals relating to lean activities
- Perform problem analysis and problem resolution as necessary
- Prepare budgets for engineering improvements
- Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance
- Perform work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Travel to support company and customer functions
- Other work as required
