Since our founding in 2007, Stupid Cancer has been the leader in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer support, education, and advocacy. Our mission is to help empower everyone affected by AYA cancer (ages 15-39) by ending isolation and building community for patients, survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and non-profit and industry professionals.
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Programs, and working closely with the Program & Community Coordinator, the Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting the development of Stupid Cancer programming, including CancerCon, Discussion Sessions, educational webinars, and content and resources for our website. The ideal candidate would come from a social work background and bring a solid understanding of the AYA Cancer landscape.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City. The Stupid Cancer team reports to our office 2 days a week.
