Night Auditor
Duties:
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily hotel transactions, verifying and balancing entries, and generating reports.
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts, charges, and payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Monitor and respond to security issues or emergencies during the night shift.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.
- Laundry Duties. Is a must.
Skills:
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and another language.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
