```Duties```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable (knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French, or German)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
