STS International is Hiring an Operations Lead (Consolidated Sustainment Site) Near Aberdeen, MD
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience coordinating operations and tracking inventory
- Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills/Experience
- Prior Military and/or CBRN Experience.
- Experience with Maximo preferred.
- Track CSS inventory within a DCMA approved LIS located at the contractor’s facility.
- Conducts CSS portion of offsite support to include inventories, tracks authorized storage list (ASL) levels, creates work orders for durables and consumables of ASL shortages and push package.
- Responsible for packaging, shipping, receiving and shelf-life management.
- Documents equipment movements within the contractor’s facility.
- Responsible for contingency and push package sustainment and deployment.
- Performs equipment layouts and inventories.
- Assists the PM with equipment planning and execution of recovery and fielding
