STS International is Hiring a Project Manager (CBRNE Equipment) Near Aberdeen, MD
- Program Manager with over 10 years of demonstrated experience in CBRNE RDT&E, operations, planning and policy, and training and education
- Demonstrated performance in all functional duties of a lead to include reporting, personnel management, quality control, planning, exercise development/execution, and senior level advice and assistance.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) with demonstrated experience in management and oversight of diverse teams.
- Capable of frequent interface with the project/task leader and government clients, and apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to solve a diverse range of complex problems in coordination with other analysts
- In-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE)
- Prior Program Management Experience
- Maximo experience is a plus
Education Requirement
- Bachelors degree in any area or equivalent
- Responsible for equipment, training, warehouse operations, provisioning, maintenance, and full lifecycle management of CBRNE COTS assets
- Ensures regulatory and contract compliance for all contract operations
- Manages the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements through all phases of the contract from inception to completion
- Direct the activities of managers, task leaders, and staff to assure performance within budget, schedule, and quality parameters
- Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking, and resolution through escalation and closeout to ensure satisfactory program performance and delivery
