This role is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans, directs, coordinate, and manages all assigned International Programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases to include complex, high-priority/high visibility programs.
Responsible for total case management from preparation of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) through implementation, execution and case closure as outlined in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).
Monitors and analyzes logistical and financial progress of FMS programs against P&A estimates, ensuring the U.S. Government commitments are met.
Ensures compliance with national security and national military strategies and all DoD and U. S. Army Security Cooperation manuals and regulations.
Represents PM-EW&C at meetings and conferences both CONUS and OCONUS and is responsible for addressing aspects of current and future assigned International Programs.
Expected to make recommendations to management with respect to program commitments relational to the PM-EW&C products and services within the guidelines of regulations, policies, and procedures.
Provide communications/program management reviews between stakeholders, USASAC, DSCA, ODCs, Major Commands, Interagency and Combatant Commands.
Extensive experience vetting of releases for FMS country-requested equipment in accordance with technology security and transfer requirements, export controls, disclosure of classified and controlled unclassified information; to also include system-specific release requirements for sensitive technologies frequently requested by foreign partners.
Addresses overall program status and issues/actions as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business (Preferred) or Engineering DAWIA Level I in PM or Engineering (Preferred)
5 years’ experience with DoD 5000 acquisitions
5 project management
3 years’ hands-on experience within a DoD or SETA PMO years’ experience
3 with supporting or executing cooperative programs with international partners conducted under the terms of an international agreement to include projects or programs ranging from cooperative science and technology to major system development and testing
Travel: 40% or less
Must be willing to travel OCONUS
