Key position functions include:
• Provide effective leadership and communication for reporting Branches with respect to meeting established goals and objectives.
• Participate and oversee the region’s business planning and processes.
• Report on operational forecasting on a bi-monthly basis.
• Ensure branches operate in compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Responsible for P&L of branches. Participate in creating cost budgets and revenue forecasting.
• Provide effective customer relations.
• Monitor branch ERP activity related to Sales Orders, STO’s, POS, FSO’s inventory levels, cycle counts, etc. Monitor inventory levels to supply equipment forecasts.
• Ensure branches are adequately supported with resources required to execute and meet budget plans. Monitor and track branch utilization.
• Ensure that effective people management practices are being followed
• Promote business growth opportunities.
• Oversee and manage the company fleet and capital equipment.
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
• Minimum of 10 years comprehensive oilfield experience with related supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft applications, experience with SAP S4HANNA or similar ERP and inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, find solutions to support field activities while providing a safe working environment.
