Job Title: Project Manager for After-School Program

Location: Detroit, MI (Must currently be based in Detriot Metro Area)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE)

Vacancy: 1 Position

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: At least three years in project management, managing teams (10 members), and working with youth (ages 5-14).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of an after-school program 
• Develop training for part-time staff and facilitation partners.
• Design schedules considering various stakeholders (students, employees, partners, parents).
• Manage project planning, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate logistics in collaboration with program staff.
• Organize weekly off-site field trips and educational activities.
• Maintain precise records of attendance and budget.
• Participate in vendor selection, parent engagement, and community outreach.
• Lead a team of 20 part-time employees, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
