Our client is seeking a Business Development Specialist who is experienced in sales and relationship management.
The successful candidate will be accountable for driving referral leads for their San Mateo clinic, which opened in November of 2019 and is actively growing awareness within the San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA). This key member of the team will partner with the Clinical Director and clinical team to further their reputation, build relationships, and drive patient referrals. Candidates should have experience in healthcare, medical or medical practice sales, or the equivalent. The ideal candidate is a people person and sales expert and is equally comfortable collaborating with leadership, clinicians and various referral sources and audiences within the community.
Reporting to the Clinical Marketing Manager in the Marketing and Communications Department, this is an exempt, full-time hybrid position located in their San Mateo, CA office. This position requires flexibility and up to four days in the office or traveling within the SFBA for outreach meetings. The ability to work occasional evening and weekend events is also required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,000-$85,000 annually.

In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
