Job Description
As a Legal Assistant at Stivers Law, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of our boutique law firm. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of the legal processes and contributing to the overall success of the firm. Here is a list of your standard job duties:
40% Prepare and Manage Client Estate Plans
40% Probate Administration Activities
10% Law Firm Administrative Activities
10% Complete other projects and other assignments as requested
By performing these comprehensive job duties, you will contribute to the success of Stivers Law by maintaining a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to our clients and team members.
