Small friendly Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida seeking an individual for a full time secretary position. Applicant must posses excellent telephone skills, fluent in English and Spanish. Duties will include answering telephones, preparing attorney for hearings, summarize depositions, filing appropriate motions and overall clerical duties. Must have transportation.
