We are looking for cooks who either have experience or are willing to learn about fine dining. Usual hours of operation are Thursday-Monday 8am-4pm with occasional Friday nights.
The Line Cook is responsible for food preparation on their station prior to service, executing menu plate specifications with consistency, cleaning throughout their shift to ensure a sanitary and clean work environment, effectively communicating with others members of the kitchen team, counting items on their station at close of shift, cleaning their station at close of shift, and attending periodic team meetings and trainings.
This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
