- We are seeking qualified invididuals who have diverse experience and are able to work multiple stations.
- We strive to put the very best of us into every plate and glass served, no shortcuts, no hacks
- Line is grill, sautee, flattop, and fryer - 2 person / 1 expo. Knowledge of all stations is beneficial - willingness to learn is priceless.
- Pace is lightning fast - menu is structured around sandwiches and small composed plates using freshest ingredients available, and locally sourced produce and meat when possible.
- Open Kitchen -- all staff is a part of the action and part of the team.

Friday Noon-Midnight
Saturday 11am-Midnight
Sunday 11am-11pm
Brunch is Saturday & Sunday 11am-3pm
Full time employees (32 hrs ) are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 60-90 days, employer pays 50%
