Sticker Quicker is a DMV Registration and Title Service Provider. Our company is seeking an proactive, enthusiastic, and local Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fremont, California.

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to process registration and title transactions, ensuring that all documents are accurate and complete. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and can work independently using web applications. The candidate must maintain a professional appearance and attendance record.

Skills and abilities required for the role:

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Professional phone etiquette to answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and service requests *Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately *Sound judgment and initiative within established procedures and guidelines *Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional preferred qualifications:

*Bilingual in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively *Essential duties and responsibilities: *Processing DMV transactions, including title transfers, registration renewals and replacements, VIN verifications, and lien sales *Conducting transaction and inventory audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures *Responding to customer inquiries and requests under the supervision of the Team Leader

Compensation:

Hourly pay range from $18.00-25.00 hour based on experience.

We offer 401K and paid holidays and paid vacation.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $25.00/hour.
