This position is for someone who speaks fluent Mandarin and Chinese.
Must currently possess a California Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license.
In-office position
Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
● Ask leading questions to find out the client's needs while developing rapport.
● Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal
goals.
● Maintains and enhances the company's relationships with existing clients by executing
proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
● Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage,
recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
● Independently manages accounts daily. Answering questions, taking payments,
updating client information, and issuing insurance documentation.
Requirements
● Must currently possess a California Property and Casualty license and Life and Health
license.
● Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese
● 1 years of demonstrated success in overall customer service/sales. Insurance
experience is a BONUS
● Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and fundamental computer software
● Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
● Professional office and phone etiquette
● Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
