The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who:

Excels in structuring the unstructured, turning chaos into order

Possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills

Has a proven track record in project management or believes in their innate ability to lead and organize effectively, even without formal PM experience

Is committed to in-person collaboration, understanding that our operations rely heavily on on-site presence (Please note: This role is 100% in-person with no remote work option)

Shows up consistently, recognizing the importance of attendance for success in this fast-paced environment

Can manage and complete tasks independently, with minimal direction, while maintaining high standards of execution

Has experience with task management software (a plus) – please share your experiences and preferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
