Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range) : $23-$26 / hour : Salary
• Manage plant managers email, calendar, schedule, schedule meetings, and answer phones
• Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to :
• ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, manage vacation schedules, and mail distribution
• Create presentations
• Help with communications
• Generate reports and handle multiple projects
• PLEASE NOTE This role supports two plant sites within a 40hr work week; Warren Stamping & Sterling Stamping (Stamping Complex).

3 / 2 day split, rotating weekly. Facilities are approx. 6 miles apart.

Job Requirements

• May be required to operate a company vehicle. Valid driver's license is required along with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• 5-8 years experience required
• Excellent Microsoft Office and G-Suites skills & Outlook required
• Strong organizational and people skills required
• Experience in a UAW facility is a plus, but not required
• Must be flexible
