Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department, Payroll Team, Finance team and other various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assist with implementation of Human Resource procedures and processes.
· Assists with recruitment by posting job openings, selecting resumes, scheduling interviews, processing E-verifications.
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing.
· Maintains confidential department files to include personnel files, workers compensation, unemployment and benefits.
· Updates and uploads HR data in Rippling.
· Maintain effect flow of information between various departments / offices and disseminate information from a variety of sources.
· Assist with Finance reconciliation of accounts, entering invoices into QBs, paying vendors, posting payments, Monitor Cash Flow, posting payments.
· Responsible for filing 401K reports bi-weekly.
· Responsible for the Accounts Payable Accrual
· Create all invoices for Customer and handle all inquiries and emails pertaining to Accounts Receivable.
· Maintain Email boxes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources.
· Maintain all files for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources.
· Responsible for all purchasing for company, including quotes, and maintaining budget.
· Responsible for ensuring all payroll entries are accurate daily so the daily reporting can be run for management.
· Responsible for running bi-weekly payrolls.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree or HR Certification or two (2) years work related in HR or equivalent combination or education and experience.
· 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
· Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
· Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Proficient in MS office and can learn other software programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
