Job Description
This position is responsible for processing customer payments in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. Processing is accomplished by opening, sorting, batching and scanning customer payments. Remittance specialists are also responsible for researching payments using our internal customer billing system.

Requirements
  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Preference will be given for a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience dealing with researching misapplied payments and disputed accounts.
  • Excellent written, verbal and basic mathematical skills required.
  • Must be able to use Excel, Outlook and operate computers and other office equipment.
  • Requires a high degree of proficiency of speed and accuracy using a ten-key.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
