Steadily Insurance Agency is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Overland Park, KS

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re Series B, just over 100 people, manage $6B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties.

We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.

Our Client Experience team’s core mandate is to deliver world-class, end-to-end experiences for our customers, both insureds and independent agencies, that drive brand loyalty and retention. You’ll be a part of delivering on that mandate.

As a Customer Support Specialist - Insurance & Billing on the CX Customer Support Team, you will:

  • Respond to high volume of inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active policies.
  • Process updates to policy records in our agency and document management system (Salesforce).
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing; e.g. sending certificates of insurance, application signature requests, submitting invoices / taking payment, and processing general endorsement requests.
  • Provide direct support for servicing requests from Steadily’s sales agents.

  • Customer Service Experience: You have direct experience working in a customer-facing support role; you possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
