Statewide Stripes, Inc. is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Near San Diego, CA
We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable position to our team. This position plays an integral role in supporting the multifaceted functions of the company. The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self-motivated individual who strives for success. This individual must be a team player as well as handling tasks alone in a fast-paced environment. The position is a minimum 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
This individual will assist in all office tasks, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Certified Payroll
- OCIP Reporting
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Airport Badging
- Month End Financials
- Contract Preparation
- Filing/Phone calls
- Tracking Certificates
- Previous office experience (2 years)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Previous construction office experience a plus
- Basic Accounting experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Hourly pay of $25 - $30 per hour (DOE)
