TempExperts is looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Manager position with a well-established company based in California focusing on sustainability and technology. This is a long-term temp position and is 100% remote.
Summary of Primary Functions:
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for billing, collections, and payment applications in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The Accounts Receivable Manager will have both day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
- Implement debt collection policies and dunning process.
- Develop SOP which includes timelines and deadlines.
- Ensuring timely collections of payments and negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits, and miscellaneous difference are cleared.
- Preparing weekly reports on payment collections and AR Aging
- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses of collection efforts and how to improve.
- Prepare forecasting reports.
- Review executed contract agreements, input contracts into management system, and assist in contract renewal process.
- Process bills, send invoices, apply payments, and capture monthly usage.
- Reconcile data between CPQ and ERP.
- Manage Vendor Portals.
- Bachelor’s Degree within an Accounting Field.
- At least 2 years of experience as accounts receivable manager preferable in SaaS or software industry.
- Must have NetSuite, Suitebilling, Salesforce software knowledge and advanced Excel experience.
