Purpose of Your Job Position
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide administrative and bookkeeping support and financial record keeping. You are also in-charge of managing all communications relating to invoices and incoming bills.
Delegation of Authority
As the Accounts Receivable, you are delegated the administrative responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Functions
●Manage incoming payments and properly tracks into system.
●Maintains bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updates information as needed.
●Communicates with previous clients/patients to request payment and arrange payment plans.
●Collects payment from customers and accurately records into system.
●Create reports and balance sheets and documents.
●Update clients/patients accounts based on payment or contact information.
Educational Requirements
●Must possess, as a minimum, a College Education.
●Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
Experience
●Must possess, as a minimum, 1 year of relevant experience.
●On-the-job training provided in admission procedures.
Specific Requirements
●Must have developed written and verbal communication skills as an Account Receivable.
●Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
●Must possess strong management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Must be well groomed and possess the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
●Must have organizational skills to stay on track when dealing with all the facets of their roles.
●Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
●Be able to follow written and oral instructions.
●Be knowledgeable in the use of micro-computers, data input and output, etc.
Physical and Sensory Requirements (With or Without the Aid of Mechanical Devices)
●Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
●Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
●Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
●Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of the position can be fully met.
●Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel.
●Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this facility which include a medical and physical examination.
●Must be able to operate office, business and accounting machines.
●Requires repetitive hand motion.Minimal lifting and carrying requirements.
●May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
●Must possess suitable transportation in order to visit potential residents, families, doctors, hospitals, and other appropriate individuals/locations.
