Under general supervision of the Administrative Coordinator I, will perform all administrative duties for the medical and clinical staff and other tasks deemed appropriate and necessary at the Dorchester clinic.This position will be responsible for scheduling appointments on a daily basis, monitor schedules of assigned clinical/medical staff to ensure maximum efficiency of patient care hours, backfill any canceled appointments, and perform general administrative and office support duties such as, scanning, faxing, copying of documents and other assignments. State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.Agency (DMH) Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and two years clerical experience; or an associate degree in secretarial science or related fields; or three years of clerical experience.
