Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 07 Months with possibility of extension
Location: 151 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT, 06156
Shift hours: Available 9am - 3pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

NOTE: This is a long-term project requiring 15-20 hours per week. Candidate needs to be onsite during training for the first two weeks - 20 hours per week. After training candidate can work remotely but must be local to the area.

Job Description:
Administrative and project management support needed for Group Medicare marketing team.
Applicant must enjoy administrative projects which entails converting web content to PDF and calling out custom content within the web pages.

Duties:
Applicant will convert web content to PDF and identify custom content within the web pages.
The representative would bundle content to one document (Word or PDF) and submit through Workfront.
This is a long-term project requiring 10-15 hours of time a week into June.
Applicant must have great attention to detail and be able to manage the project from beginning to end.
Training will be provided, and support will be available for questions.

Experience:
2 years Administrative Assistant experience required.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees.
Word processing/PC skills required.
Strong communication skills and project management skills required (need to be able to manage the deliverables, help keep track of varies items at once, help meet delivery timelines).
Must be highly organized and detailed.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
