What you will be doing:
This position performs technical level administrative duties in multiple functional areas and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Kotzebue Airport. You will be responsible for timesheet collection, invoice coding, P-Card reconciliation, file and document management, accounting and financial management, account research, prepare stock requests, badging and fingerprinting, security training, answering multi-line telephones, and maintaining various spreadsheets. You will provide basic technical information to new and current employees on routine personnel matters and refer complex questions to appropriate professional staff.
