If you boast a minimum of three years of customer service experience and excel in interpersonal relations, organization, communication, computer proficiency, and problem-solving, then you're the perfect fit for us!
Compensation : $20 per hour
Hours : 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (Opportunity for overtime, including occasional weekends and holidays)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Act as a liaison with external customers.
- Interact with valued clients to accurately and efficiently schedule service calls.
- Utilize various office equipment including computers and telephones.
- Occasionally lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
